It’s almost time for one of the best EPCOT festivals of the year, the EPCOT Food & Wine Festival. This festival is also one of the most popular because it brings the Eat to the Beat concert series to EPCOT, as well as a variety of foods and beverages, the Eat to the Beat concert series, fun activities, and more.

That also means that if you visit the festival on certain days, you are inevitably going to face some SERIOUS crowds, but there is a way to avoid most of that. So we’ve put together a list of dates when you should avoid the festival, if you can.

The 2026 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival is BACK, running August 27th through November 21st. We’re talking Global Marketplace booths stretched across six continents (and beyond!), the return of Remy’s Ratatouille Hide & Squeak scavenger hunt for the Pixar fans, Emile’s Fromage Montage for anyone who thinks “cheese” is a personality trait, and of course the Eat to the Beat Concert Series bringing free nightly performances to America Gardens Theatre. But before you lace up your walking shoes and start planning your festival day, we need to talk about the mistakes we see SO many guests make every single year.
The EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival is one of the best times to visit the park. The 2026 festival runs from August 27th through November 21st, with Global Marketplaces spread across EPCOT and dishes inspired by six continents. That means dozens of tempting plates, drinks, desserts, and “we should try that too” decisions waiting between Spaceship Earth and World Showcase.
