We imagine many of you are as excited as we are to welcome The Alps back to the Food and Wine Festival at long last. You see, this returning booth is particularly beloved for its famous Warm Raclette Swiss Cheese. BUT there’s been a change to this fan-favorite dish this year… and that’s not the only thing in store.
