The Flower and Garden Festival is happening now until June 1st, and we have already reviewed every single Flower and Garden Festival Food Booth for you. For this snack, we’re going to head to the Food Booth that is now known as Lan Yuan Outdoor Kitchen in the China pavilion.

Oh, I’m sorry… did you think I was referring to the Holiday Season at Disney World? I mean, that IS pretty great, but perhaps I should clarify… the EPCOT Food and Wine Festival is what we here at the DFB think of as OUR favorite time of the year on the Disney World Calendar! That’s why we’re checking out each and every one of the Festival Marketplace Food Booths to bring you our complete review, and we hope you’ll join us here at the China Booth.

As much as we love classic Disney World eats (like pineapple DOLE Whip!), we also love trying new things!

July was a BUSY month in Disney World, from the return of Flavors of Florida and the 2022 EPCOT Food and Wine Festival to new July flavors and some interesting menu additions. There were some BIG hits and some eats that missed the mark, so let’s go over the BEST and the WORST of July!

We’ve already had a sneak peek of the booths that we’ll be getting this year, plus the menus at each of the booths, and everything new coming to the festival! Plus, the Eat to the Beat Concert Series is once again returning to the America Gardens Theater. Now, we’re heading to the China Booth to let you know what you absolutely MUST get, or what you could probably skip.

When it comes to spicy food, most of us understand that there’s REAL spicy and…then there’s Disney spicy.

And of course, Disney’s version of spicy food is usually tamed down to appeal more to the masses. But there are still some places at Disney World where you can get the real deal — the kind of food that will have steam coming out of your ears and make you break out into a sweat.
