🎶It’s tiiime🎶 for the Festival of the Holidays! From November 27th to December 30th, EPCOT will turn into a winter wonderland featuring great food, live entertainment, and TONS of cookies.
Candlelight Processional!
Candlelight Processional is one of the most popular entertainment offerings. A celebrity narrator takes the stage with a 51-piece orchestra and choir to tell the Christmas story. Even with three shows a night, there’s almost always a massive line for seats. If you want a guaranteed seat for the Candlelight Processional, now’s your chance. Candlelight Dinner Packages are open for booking!
With a Candlelight Processional Dining Package, you get guaranteed seating through a special entrance and a full meal at the restaurant of your choice. Choose a reserved seat in the front half of the theater to be even closer to your favorite narrators. These dining packages can go fast, so be ready to grab them!

I don’t know why you published this information when you could not make a reservation due to IT issues.
I logged in at 6.00am on the dot 10-14-2016. No reservations available. Kept trying, kept getting the same result. At 9:00 when DVC phones answer I was told basically too bad keep trying nothing we can do here.
Some posts on facebook bragged they were on at 5:30am and got reservations. The link was not showing until way after 6:00am when it finally worked but all reservations were already booked by then. This “IT” issue is prevalent for other events also.
Check the multiple comments on facebook postings stating the same frustration. Tried ipad and iphone maybe they don’t work on Disney websites.
As a stockholder, DVC member of 10 years, an annual pass holder, member magic holder, i thought i would get better treatment other than “keep trying”.
Point is, don’t write a story about an event you can’t access.
While we understand your frustration, we had no way of knowing some people would have technical issues. That knowledge is out of our control and the best we can do as a blog is let our followers know when and where to be. I’m sorry you were not able to get your reservations.
