It’s all in the name at Regal Eagle Smokehouse: Craft Drafts & Barbecue at The American Adventure pavilion in EPCOT!
Regal Eagle
This fast-casual restaurant celebrates the regions of American BBQ and serves up craft brews on tap. Guests are encouraged to try any of the four house-recipe sauces while they enjoy their Memphis Dry-Rub Pork Ribs, North Carolina Chopped Smoked Pork Butt, Sliced Texas Beef Brisket Sandwich, or Kansas City Smoked Half Chicken — to name some entrees on the menu. Classic sides like Baked Beans with Burnt Ends and desserts are available to complete the meal.
An abundance of seating is available indoors and out, with the outdoor seating area boasting a large smoker AND even more sips available at an outdoor walk-up bar. (The outdoor bar even offers a few selections and cocktails that you won’t find inside.)
And who, you may be wondering, is the Regal Eagle? Why, it’s Sam Eagle of THE MUPPETS fame! You’ll find nods to Sam and the whole gang around the eatery.
Note that this location replaced the former Liberty Inn in The American Adventure pavilion in EPCOT.

You’re craving some solid barbecue. This fast-casual restaurant celebrates different regions of American BBQ and serves up craft brews on tap. Make sure you sample the house-made sauces!
You want a quick spot to eat that also has air-conditioning. Quite a few quick-service spots at EPCOT are outdoor seating only, which can be tough during the hottest summer months. In addition to outdoor tables, Regal Eagle has a large, indoor dining room.
You’re looking for somewhere to eat in a large group. It can be difficult to find ample seating for big groups at quick-service spots, but Regal Eagle is pretty accommodating — both indoors and out.
Skip this eatery if…
You’re not a fan of barbecue. Barbecue is what’s on the menu here, and while there are options like French fries and mac and cheese, the main draws are pulled pork, ribs, and brisket. If you’re looking for something more than smoked meats, you won’t find it here.
You want a relaxing, sit-down meal. While the air-conditioning that Regal Eagle provides can certainly be relaxing, it’s a quick-service spot, so you won’t have a reserved table or dedicated server.
You want something a bit more unique. If you’re used to eating barbecue and want to expand your horizons, the whole World (Showcase) is your oyster!
