Disney World Candlelight Processional Dining Package

Disney World’s Candlelight Processional is a popular event during the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays. The event is typically presented three times each night at the America Gardens Theater in The American Adventure pavilion.

The 2022 Candlelight Processional ran throughout the Festival from November 25 – December 30, 2022. As we await dates and information for the 2023 Festival of the Holidays, you can find the 2022 information below for your future planning reference!

The Disney World Candlelight Processional

During the event, the Christmas story is told by a celebrity narrator while a 50-piece orchestra and choir (composed of a Disney cast member choir along with an ever-changing group of guest choirs from around the country) accompany the re-telling. The event is held on select nights in November and December.

Disney World Candlelight Processional Dining Package — Table Service, Book in Advance (Stay tuned for 2023 information!)

Because seating for the Candlelight Processional is scarce and first-come, first-served, many guests choose to guarantee their seat by purchasing a Candlelight Processional Dining Package.

This coveted ticket provides guests with a lunch or dinner meal at select Epcot restaurants and guaranteed seating to the popular Candlelight Processional holiday spectacular held at 5:15PM, 7PM, and 8:30PM. Reserved fireworks viewing is not included.

Booking for the 2022 Candlelight Processional Dining Packages opened on October 6th. Interested guests could book online or by calling (407) WDW-DINE.

Candlelight Processional Package Dining Time

Different mealtimes correspond to different show times. When booking online, guests will see which show time is assigned to their Advanced Dining Reservation once they select a dining time. Guests booking by phone may verify corresponding show times with the Cast Member they book through.

Candlelight Processional Table Service Dining Package Details (Stay tuned for 2023 information!)

The package includes your choice of an appetizer, entree, dessert, and non-alcoholic, non-specialty beverage from the chosen restaurant’s menu or 1 full buffet where applicable. (When using Disney Dining Plan, one alcoholic beverage per 21+ diner is included.)

Prices exclude tax and gratuity, and park admission is not included.

Guests can use the Disney Dining Plan to pay for the packages. [Please Note: the Disney Dining Plan is currently unavailable; however, Disney has shared that it will return at an as-yet-unannounced time.]

Standard Disney Dining Plan and Deluxe Disney Dining Plan – 2 table service credits per person for any meal/restaurant

2022 Table Service Restaurants and Out-of-Pocket Costs (Stay tuned for 2023 restaurants and pricing!)

If you do not choose to use the Disney Dining Plan to pay, the package costs vary by location. Candlelight Processional Dining Packages are available for Lunch and Dinner.

2022 Disney World Candlelight Processional Dining Package — Same-Day Walk-Up Options (Stay tuned for 2023 restaurants and pricing!)

Two restaurants typically offer SAME-DAY Dining Packages! Simply walk-up to the restaurant and request the package. You will likely see signage in front of the location notifying of the day’s availability since — as with the Table Service restaurants — these walk-up options can sell out quickly.

At Regal Eagle Smokehouse, the 2022 package included a guaranteed seat at the show, an entree, non-alcoholic beverage, and dessert for $40. (There was no differentiation in cost for a child.)

Walk-Up Dining Package Seating Voucher for Candlelight Processional

2022 Package inclusions for Spice Road Table featured a guaranteed seat at the show, and two small plates, a non-alcoholic beverage, and dessert platter. The price for 2022 was $52 for adults, and $23 for children.
