Between a major coaster re-theme, a fully upgraded Star Wars mission, and a brand-new land rolling out in phases, your usual game plan might not cut it anymore. If you want to stay ahead of the crowds and actually experience the newest offerings, you’ll need to adjust how you approach this park.
There is so much news for Hollywood Studios right now, especially for Walt Disney Studios, the new land replacing Animation Courtyard.

The sorcerer hat has officially been installed in, and we just learned there are new Disney character handprints all around the land. Walt Disney Studios is set to open on May 26th, and it seems Disney is putting the final touches on the area.
We can’t wait to check out the NEW land coming to Disney’s Hollywood Studios this year!

Animation Courtyard closed in 2025 to make way for The Walt Disney Studios land, a space dedicated to Disney characters and animation, with new attractions opening this year. We’ve been watching the construction closely, and recently, Disney installed the new Sorcerer Mickey hat on top of the Magic of Disney Animation building, but along with that update, there’s another change we’d like to point out!
I don’t think I’ve EVER been this excited for this update in Hollywood Studios. We’ve been keeping track of all the updates coming to Walt Disney Studios, and this might be the ultimate update of all time.

The area is set to open on May 26th, but they just shared a sneak peek that has us wishing it opened tomorrow. If you’re a fan of classic Hollywood Studios (or uh, Disney–MGM Studios), you’re just going to love this.

So much happened in March that it’s tough to know where to begin. Some new Bluey snacks are coming to the Disney Parks, Disney+ has added vertical videos to its platform, new discounts were announced, a certain ABC dating show had its season canceled before its premiere after significant controversy, some upcoming Disney blockbuster films got official release dates, and the new Disney cruise ship — the Disney Believe — was announced! It’s safe to say that March was PACKED with important news. However, what stuck with us most was the revelation of some important dates we need to circle in our Disney World calendars.
Big things might be happening in Disney World and Disneyland, but Disney has been making some HUGE changes to its parks across the ocean, too. Disneyland Paris recently completely reimagined its Walt Disney Studios Park into Disney Adventure World, and it’s bringing new rides, new lands, new entertainment, and more to Paris.
Well, we got invited to visit Adventure World before it officially opens on March 29th, and we’re bringing you along with us to see, do, and — of course — EAT everything we can in the newly reimagined park. So, let’s go!

We’re rounding up all the Disney news that recently dropped, and if you weren’t already planning a trip, you might want to consider one, especially if you’re ready to ride some of your favorite rides again and experience new attractions like never before.
We hope you’re not tired of Disney’s live-action remakes of animated movies. We know that there are a lot of complaints about the live-action movies, and they’ve sometimes been big flops (Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, we’re looking at you), but sometimes Disney gets it JUST right (I will argue that the live-action Cinderella is even better than the animated film).

So we’ve been cautiously optimistic about a live-action Tangled movie, especially now that we know who has been cast as Rapunzel and Flynn Rider. However, maybe one of the most IMPORTANT roles in the movie may just be the villain, Mother Gothel. Well, the Internet KNEW who it wanted for the role, and it seems that the Internet just got its way: Kathryn Hahn is now confirmed as the live-action Tangled film’s villain!
