Planning a trip to Disney World this weekend?
Pay attention to those speed limit signs!
From February 23rd – 26th, 2023, Disney guests can expect potential road closures and traffic delays. If you’re heading in for a weekend of magic, make sure to be aware of these closures and delays to avoid some not-so-magical inconveniences!
Disney World’s runDisney Princess Half Marathon Weekend will take place this weekend, from February 23rd – 26th.

In preparation for the three races, we can expect road closures and therefore potential traffic delays. Luckily, they won’t cause too much inconvenience as the road closures will only take place from 4AM to 7:30AM each morning.

According to Disney, the roads experiencing closures are as follows:
- World Drive Northbound ramp to Buena Vista Drive Eastbound
- World Drive North to Buena Vista Drive East
- World Drive South ramp to Buena Vista Drive East
- World Drive South ramp to Buena Vista Drive West
- World Drive Southbound to Buena Vista Drive
- Buena Vista Drive West Ramp to World Drive South

FYI: Trails End is closing Tuesday, February 28!! So sad & so mad at Disney corporate!!! We spend every Christmas at Fort Wilderness in a cabin, but not any longer!!
