VIDEO: Late Night Fireworks Testing at EPCOT

The Fourth of July will be here SOON — and Disney World is already getting ready for it!

We’re sure we’ll soon get more details about all the Fourth of July treats we’ll see in the parks and at the resorts. We’ve also got details on the Fourth of July fireworks at Magic Kingdom. We even recently got confirmation that a fireworks show would return to EPCOT — and now we think we just saw testing for that show!

Every night, EPCOT has been performing EPCOT Forever with is nightly fireworks show. However, on the Fourth of July, that show’s finale will include of “The Heartbeat of Freedom,” which is a Fourth of July fireworks spectacle.

We even recently saw some construction happening in the American Adventure pavilion and were told that it was in preparation for the Fourth of July.

Last night, though, EPCOT was testing some fireworks — could this be in preparation for the 4th of July fireworks? We think MAYBE.

If you’ll be in EPCOT on the Fourth of July, you can watch the entire show along with EPCOT Forever at 9PM. You can also catch the Voices of Liberty performing some patriotic tunes in the rotunda of The American Adventure throughout the day, as well as spot some of your favorite Disney characters in their “Spirit of ’76 attire.”

Meanwhile, over in Magic Kingdom, “Celebrate America! A Fourth of July Concert in the Sky,” an exclusive once-a-year fireworks show, will happen on July 3rd and 4th at 9:20PM.
