Okay, we are about to take you to the SKETCHIEST neighborhood in all of Disney World.
Seriously, this is a place that is notoriously strange, where its denizens get up to who-knows-what kind of shenanigans. No, this isn’t the Wild West of Frontierland in Magic Kingdom. Nope, we’re taking you to the shadiest little town in Disney World, which just happens to be in EPCOT. Yep, we’re going back to Train Town.
Train Town resides in EPCOT’s Germany Pavilion — it’s a miniature town with a miniature train and is something that a lot of Disney World visitors often overlook. But here’s the thing — if you take a moment to check out the train village, you might see that things are NOT alright there. Previously, things have been downright ROWDY.
Today, though, this town is a haven for criminal activity, and y’all, we’ve seen some things, but these poor villagers have seen A LOT MORE. First, there’s been a MURDER in Train Town. That tiny man is down for the count. From now on, we’re calling this village Morddorf, a German word that roughly translates to “Murder Village.” Honestly, where’s the cast of Only Murders in the Building when you need them? WHO DID THIS?
Oh, wait, we think we might have found a suspect who has clearly been caught red-handed trying to hide another body in the bushes. Oh yeah, lady, WE SEE YOU. So now there’s a serial killer on the loose in Morddorf?!
Meanwhile, this village is also dealing with a quicksand issue and it’s — quite literally — sucking this one poor man into its dark depths. Meanwhile, his peer is just walking in front of him like nothing’s going on — we think he may be responsible somehow. We don’t trust those eyes…
We’re not sure what happened in the center of town, but it looks like a tornado came through here. The local fruit stand has been practically demolished — and we’re pretty sure that guy standing there might have done it — that is NOT the local fruit seller, y’all. Don’t let him fool you. Meanwhile, the rest of the area is a mess, too.
However, we do have some good news. That mad scientist we saw last time — remember him? He’d, apparently, blown the roof off his shack.
Well, he has his roof back, so at least THAT’S taken care of. Now we just have to hope he doesn’t blow it back off again…
Also, here’s a little trivia for you — there are actual REAL living creatures in this town. There’s a pool here with tadpoles, but EW, the water looks kinda gross. For all we know, there’s someone in this tiny town dumping toxic waste in there, considering the kinds of citizens it seems to host.
So just remember to check out the train village the next time you visit EPCOT. You might witness a scene straight out of a movie. Just don’t get too close — like we said, these townspeople are rather unsavory.
We’ll admit we’re obsessed with this little train town right now, and we hope you enjoyed the update. Will the police be able to track down the serial killer (it seems like she’s RIGHT THERE)? Will the fruit stand be rebuilt? Will the guy in the quicksand be rescued? Stay tuned to DFB for more!

Tom Welsh says
We once saw a “giant bunny” in the “mountains” above the town. OK, they’re not mountains and the bunny was pretty small, but not by train village standards.

I definitely think that, that one man has sociopathic eyes; he has to be the killer. Is there a tiny police detective in the town? There are various sticks lying around so someone could rescue the guy in the quick sand and as for the roof getting blown off of that little building, well obviously hurricane Idalia just came through there.
