If you’ve ever been to Disney World, then you know that there are LOTS of places to shop!
EPCOT
It’s a common joke that theme park rides typically end in a gift shop, and because of that, you’ll find stores ALL OVER the parks with merchandise themed to rides, characters, movies, hotels, and more. But if you’re looking for merchandise for one specific character, we’ve got a great recommendation for you!
Journey of Water — Inspired by Moana is a new walkthrough attraction that opened in EPCOT’s World Nature in mid-October. It’s entirely outdoors, so it doesn’t really get its own gift shop…but Disney came up with a solution!
Journey of Water
Instead of a full-blown store, there’s a Moana-themed merchandise kiosk near the attraction! You’ll find this kiosk to the right of Spaceship Earth as you’re walking back toward Journey of Water.
The kiosk
The kiosk was completed around the same time that Journey of Water was, but its hours have been completely unpredictable since. We’ve been trying to catch it operating for weeks now! Today, when World Celebration opened, we FINALLY noticed the kiosk open during the daytime and selling plenty of themed merch.
Moana merchandise!
The stand is covered in Moana dolls, plushes, clothing, towels, toys, and more. There’s a wide selection of movie-inspired merch.
And then one side of the kiosk even has a few Minnie ears! This is a quick stop if you’re looking for a new pair.
You can even get Minnie ears!
If you’re hoping to snag some Moana souvenirs on your next trip, look out for this kiosk! We’ll keep an eye on any other additions in EPCOT, so stay tuned to DFB.
