If you’re traveling to Disney World in 2024, you’re gonna want to listen up!
There are all sorts of new things coming in 2024 — from new attractions like Tiana’s Bayou Adventure to new hotel rooms. Speaking of hotel rooms… Many Disney fans are STOKED about the upcoming Disney Vacation Club cabin additions over at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground. If you’re stoked too, we have some news.
We were doing some sleuthing on Disney’s website when we saw that The Cabins at Fort Wilderness are set to open on July 1st, 2024!Â
This is BIG news, as we had a general idea of when the cabins would open (summer 2024), but no specific date.
The cabins will sleep up to six adults and feature a bedroom, bathroom, living room, full kitchen, and private patio. A select number of cabins will also be dog-friendly.
Scott Gustin on X showed an all-new look at the layout and points breakdown!

Michael Johnston says
Definitely not a fan of the new cabins. Fort Wilderness is classic Disney and the design of these cabins illustrates that Disney currently has no interest in theming but rather just making a buck.
Jacqueline says
Why take something that was so charming and unique and make it look like every other hotel in Disney. They totally killed the vibe with this.
