So, why is it that Disney Adults just love coming back to the one place they know best — Disney World? When Ibiza, Mykonos, and Tulum are no longer the trendy vacation spots, you’ll find Disney Adults in the Most Magical Place on Earth. And, here’s why we just love ignoring the latest vacation trend.

Disney World is the Most Magical Place on Earth and no one knows that better than Disney Adults. In fact, there’s a reason (okay — there are LOTS of reasons) why they feel that way. Let’s face it — Disney World can be just as expensive, if not more, than a full-fledged European vacation including airfare and decent hotels. It’s no secret that trips to the House of Mouse don’t come cheap — so why do they keep ignoring the latest vacation trends?

Don’t travel with a Disney Adult 😭

If you’ve ever traveled with a Disney Adult outside of a Disney park, then you’ve potentially heard the words, “They have that at EPCOT.” And, in most cases, it’s probably true. Of course, we know EPCOT is nothing like seeing the real thing — but when it comes down to it, most of the time Disney Adults really just don’t care. We don’t mean to generalize, as there are plenty of well-traveled Disney Adults. But, they are still Disney Adults after all.

One thing Disney Adults have in common is that when we walk through the park gates and we find ourselves on Main Street, U.S.A., we suddenly believe in magic because we’re surrounded by it. Of course, we know it’s just a person in a costume, but we can suspend our disbelief and have enough fun to feel like a kid again for a few hours.

Not only that, but for many Disney Adults, the parks bring a sense of nostalgia to the forefront. Growing up going to Disney World is a privilege, and we don’t think many take it for granted — otherwise, they wouldn’t have such a deep appreciation for the parks all these years later!

The Disney fandom has been likened to a religion, and it’s that shared sense of tradition and love for the parks that keeps Disney Adults coming back again and again — even when the hottest new vacation spot is halfway across the globe. And, when it comes to deciding where you want to go on your next vacation, don’t let anyone give you any gruff about going to Disney World! It’s your money and your time, so use it as you see it!
