Orlando Airport’s Brightline train station created a NEW transportation option that many travelers seem to appreciate. Did you know you can zip from Miami all the way to Orlando without having to deal with traffic, parking, or a stop at the gas station?
Recently, Brightline announced a new station coming to Florida, and there’s a new perk coming for Brightline train passengers soon. However, if you’re using the train soon, you need to know about this new announcement.
According to the Orlando Business Journal, Brightline will soon add passenger train cars for trips between Miami and Orlando. This means that they’ll be able to meet demand more easily and accommodate more passengers wishing to travel in each direction. That’s a win-win!

Currently, the company has to “limit capacity for its short-distance trips in some cases to make room for the more profitable long-distance train.” This change could seriously make a difference for people looking to get to Orlando from Miami.

Brightline spokesman Ben Porritt confirmed that 20 train coaches have been ordered, and they’re expected to be integrated in late 2024/early 2025, per the Orlando Business Journal.
