It’s been a while since we last saw Captain America, but Sam Wilson is BACK and ready for action. When it was first announced that a fourth Captain America movie was in the works, we knew we’d be in for an adventure that followed Sam as he took up the shield. And now, we finally have our very first trailer for the upcoming film!

Disney and Marvel just released the very first trailer for Captain America: Brave New World! This upcoming film marks the first time we truly see Sam Wilson take up the shield as the titular superhero. This is the fourth installment in the Captain America franchise and marks the first movie with Anthony Mackie playing Sam Wilson as Captain America.

We first saw Wilson officially become Captain America during the 2021 finale of the Disney+ show, The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, also starring Mackie. Captain America: Brave New World also stars Danny Ramirez, Shira Haas, Xosha Roquemore, and Carl Lumbly, with Giancarlo Esposito, Liv Tyler, and Tim Blake Nelson. The movie is being directed by Julius Onah and produced by Kevin Feige and Nate Moore, with Louis D’Esposito and Charles Newirth serving as executive producers.

In the new teaser, we see Sam Wilson, who was previously known as The Falcon, be recruited by U.S. President Thaddeus “Thunderbolt” Ross (Harrison Ford) to fill the vacancy and apparently become an agent of the United States government. It’s also the first time we get to see the Red Hulk make an appearance on the big screen! Check out the full teaser trailer below!
