Disney Springs holds a special place in our hearts!

Disney Springs
Disney’s shopping and dining district is home to some of our favorite restaurants, snacks, and bars! It also has one of our favorite events, Flavors of Florida, which is happening right now! Come with us to try one of the newest meals from our favorite festivals.
Disney Springs has so many amazing foods and drinks that it can be hard to keep up with them all! Right now, the Flavors of Florida event is adding to all of the delicious bites from June 27th through August 20th, 2025. The event showcases more than 90 limited-time dishes and drinks from 45+ restaurants!

2025 Flavors of Florida Event Guide
One of those restaurants is D-Luxe Burger, so we stopped by to check out their limited-time burger! This quick service serves up gourmet hamburgers, chicken burgers, veggie burgers, artisan gelato shakes, and more.

D-Luxe Burger
We grabbed the new Glowing Oak Burger for $15.49! It’s made with two signature-blend, pressed, beef patties topped with pimento cheese, a fried green tomato, bacon, and jalapeno jam. All served on a cheddar-chive biscuit!

The special menu signs!
To start off, this burger was… a lot…but we think it was a lot in a good way! Before we tried it, we were concerned about how the biscuit bun would hold the actual burger, but it did a really good job. That being said, the burger was a bit on the dry side, meaning it wasn’t overly juicy.

The Glowing Oak Burger
The biscuit is very buttery, but the cheddar and chives weren’t a super prominent flavor. The burger patties are more of a smash burger thickness, but there are two, so you still have a lot of burger. The patties were also nice and juicy once you bit into them.

A closer look!
The pimento cheese was creamy and cheesy. Plus, it melts a bit on the burger patty, making it really delicious. The jalapeño jam is sweet and vinegary. It isn’t spicy at all, but you can taste the jalapeño flavor with no heat. The fried green tomato was lightly battered and was very tender with a bit of sweetness to it!

A look at the inside of the burger!
The bacon was nice and fatty, which added extra depth to the burger. It felt like the epitome of a Southern Cheeseburger in the best way! It was a lot, but it worked really well together. It was heavy enough that it could be split between two people if you got a side of fries as well.

We loved this!
This is just another treat that has blown us away from the Flavor of Florida event, and we can’t wait to munch on these Sunshine State-inspired eats all summer long. You can see more reviews from this festival right here. As always, be sure to keep following DFB for more Disney food reviews!
