When it comes to preparing for a trip to Disney World, once your flights are booked, your hotel reservations are locked, and your park tickets/ lightning lanes are purchased, the only thing left to do is pack.
The big ticket items are Mickey ears and cute outfits, but there are also the necessities. While they can be a bit uncomfortable to talk about, we NEED to because they’re really that important and will make your trip SO much better if you have them.
We’re sorry if this conversation is a little weird, but these uncomfortable-to-discuss items are really that important to bring with you, as they’ll make your trip 10x better. Luckily, you can purchase them all online on Amazon, so it’s not awkward to buy in person.
Grab a Megababe Anti-Chafe Stick
Trust us, you won’t regret bringing this small stick with you to Disney World. Save your thighs from chaffing while you do all that walking around the parks. You’re likely going to put on over 10 miles of walking a day, and this anti-friction stick will save you from tons of discomfort!
Don’t Forget To Pack the Moleskin
We’re not joking about how much you’re going to walk at Disney World. It is a marathon, not a sprint. So come prepared with some moleskin patches just in case those new shoes start giving you blisters.
Wear a Pair of Slip Shorts
Another great option to help with chafing is these slip shorts! They’re great for under dresses, too, so when you’re riding the rides, you don’t feel exposed. They’ll keep everything tucked in and save your thighs from discomfort.
You’ll Want Extra Strength Antiperspirant Wipes
Y’all, Florida is HOT. And with all the walking and moving you’re going to be doing, it doesn’t matter what time of year you go, you’ll probably be sweating…a lot. These clinical-strength anti-sweat wipes will help keep the sweat at bay!
A Whole Body Deodorant Is a Great Idea
Sweat, plus heat, can equal smells we just don’t want to have (or want to talk about). So grab a whole-body deodorant stick to help keep you smelling fresh all over your body. This Lume stick was developed for anywhere and everywhere externally on your body, so glide it on and smell fresh all day in the parks!
Grab a Pair of Moisture Wicking Underwear
We definitely suggest packing some moisture-wicking underwear! I think by now you realize how serious we are about the heat, the walking, and the sweat that you’re going to experience on your trip to Disney World. So stay cool and comfortable with breathable and moisture-wicking undergarments.
We want to make sure you have a great trip to Disney World, no matter how uncomfortable the topic is. So try taking these six items along for a better vacation. Keep following DFB for more Disney news!
