Two new Disney+ shows will come out this March! These preschool-geared series will premiere on Disney Jr. and stream on Disney+ the next day.
These new shows look so cute — and they might be the perfect next watch for your little ones! Here’s everything you need to know.
The first new show is BeddyByes. It’s a gentle series that promotes positive sleep routines for young kids. Viewers will join best friends MeMo and BaBa as they travel across Planet BeddyByes, where they meet new and familiar faces, ending with a journey to bedtime. The series is aimed at supporting healthy sleep habits and daily routines for preschoolers.
It will premiere on March 2nd on Disney Jr. with all 20 episodes streaming on Disney+ the following day. It stars Noah Melo Batista as MeMo, Phoebe Dalton as BaBa, and BAFTA Award winner Dawn French as Gramma Leeba. It’s executive-produced by Alan Shannon of The Goofy Movie.
The second new show is Magicampers. It follows the adventures of Darly and Loomis at a day camp for magical creatures on a fantasy island. Every character is a mythical mashup – Darly is half-pig and half-Pegasus, and Loomis is half-donkey and half-unicorn! They learn that becoming a legend isn’t about mastering magic powers or winning the biggest prize — it’s about understanding yourself, accepting others, and working together with all kinds of friends.
Magicampers stars Cassie Glow as Darly, Benjamin Mackey as Loomis, Mason Blomberg as Dracoon, and Emmy Award winner Uzo Aduba (The Residence, Orange Is the New Black) as nature spirit and camp leader Treena. The series premieres on Disney Jr. on March 23rd, and the first six episodes debut on Disney+ the next day.
And as an awesome sneak peek, Walt Disney Records released the Magicampers theme song, titled “We’re the Magicampers,” on all major digital platforms today!
We’re so excited to watch these two new shows with our little ones once they come out! Stay tuned to Disney Food Blog for more Disney news!
