Who’s ready to get scared?

While we love all Halloween events, there’s one that stands out in our mind as being one of the best — Universal Orlando’s Halloween Horror Nights! Universal has been announcing more and more houses, and now we know one of the original houses!

Universal didn’t want to give too much away, but they dropped a reel on Instagram with a TV screen that shows H.R. Bloddengutz Presents: A Halloween Fright-Tacular. The descriptions aid, “Your favorite maitre d’macabre returns to WKNB with a special Halloween scare-athon! Tune into this haunted house complete with ghouls, gore, and all the frights that keep you coming back for more.”

We love their original houses, and this sounds like it’s going to be no exception. Don’t get us wrong, we love ones based on our favorite TV shows and movies like Sinners and Stranger Things, but there’s something about original houses that makes us so happy.

The original houses developed by Universal last year included:

• El Artista: A Spanish Haunting
• Hatchet and Chains: Demon Bounty Hunters
• Dolls: Let’s Play Dead
• Galkn: Monsters of the North
• Grave of Flesh

This year, a house for Sinners has been announced…

…and one for Stranger Things Season 5. We’ve seen Stranger Things houses in the past, but this one will be based on the final season of the show.

There will also be an overall theme of Jack and Dr. Oddfellow as they team up to scare guests around Universal Orlando.

Ugh, we just can’t wait! Halloween Horror Nights in Orlando will run on select nights from August 28th to November 1st, and we’re already planning our costumes. Make sure you keep following DFB for more Universal and theme park news.
