Downtown Disney is undergoing lots of changes, similar to the rest of Disneyland Resort, and there’s one restaurant we’re really looking forward to finally experiencing.

Gordon Ramsay at The Carnaby is a new restaurant coming to Downtown Disney with an expected opening timeline of the latter half of 2026. The restaurant is brought to life by both Gordon Ramsay and the creators of Earl of Sandwich, conveniently located right next door, and now, we’ve just gotten our first look at the INSIDE of the new restaurant!
The restaurant just revealed a first look at the interior of the restaurant on their social media, saying that the restaurant will bring “the vibrant spirit of London’s legendary Carnaby Street to @downtowndisney with elevated British fare, inventive cocktails, and an energetic dining experience.”

The restaurant will bring the lively energy of the ’60s to life, as it’s inspired by London’s well-known Carnaby Street. Inside, the location features plush interiors and three distinct dining environments, including an outdoor terrace and bar. We also know we’ll get to hear an “irresistible soundtrack” of British Invasion rock bands while we dine, but live bands will also be playing on select evenings.

When speaking about his new restaurant, Gordon Ramsay said, “All eyes were on London in the 1960s, a full on fantastic technicolour scene of people going out and having fun. We are bringing those cool vibes to Gordon Ramsay at The Carnaby. Stunning interiors, incredible food and great music, whether it’s date night or dinner with friends or family, The Carnaby is going to bring the very best of cool Britannia to Downtown Disney District.”
