Disney+ Is Cutting 5 Perks This Month

Disney+ is FULL of perks for its subscribers, including discounted stays at Disney World resorts, free trials, and sweepstakes, but some of those perks are about to disappear.

Summer is coming to an end, and with that, so are some of those summer Disney+ perks. While subscribers are only losing five in August, we don’t want you to be surprised by anything, so let’s go through the perks Disney+ subscribers are losing this month.

Your Chance to Win a Desperate Housewives Prize Pack — August 14th

The ability to win yourself a Desperate Housewives robe and stemless wine glass is coming to an end. Disney+ subscribers have until 8:59 AM PT on August 14th, 2026, to enter. Individuals may enter once per day, and the drawing will take place on August 24th, 2026. 25 individuals will be selected as winners and receive a robe and two stemless wine glasses.

X-Men ’97 Comic Bundle on Marvel Unlimited — August 21st

Disney+ subscribers are also able to receive a free digital copy of the following comics: X-MEN ‘97: STRIKE FILES INFINITY COMIC (2026) #1, X-MEN ‘97 (2024) #1, X-MEN (1991) #1, NEW X-MEN (2001) #114, ASTONISHING X-MEN (2004) #1, and UNCANNY X-FORCE (2010) #1, accessible via Marvel Unlimited. A Marvel Unlimited subscription is required, and this perk expires on August 21st, 2026, at 11:59PM ET.

4-Month Spotify Premium Free Trial — August 27th

If you’re a Disney+ subscriber, you’ll also be eligible for a Spotify Premium free trial! This offer is valid until August 27th and is eligible for the Spotify Premium Individual Plan. After this free trial is over, you will be charged $12.99 per month until you cancel.

Free DashPass with DoorDash — August 28th

Disney+ subscribers are also eligible to receive a free DashPass subscription with DoorDash. This offer is only valid for users who have not been subscribed to DashPass (whether on a free trial, free plan, or paid membership, or otherwise) for at least three months prior to using the redemption code provided by Disney+ when signing up for DashPass. Once the DashPass free trial period ends, you will automatically be charged the then-current monthly DashPass membership fee plus applicable tax until you cancel. This offer must be redeemed by August 28th, 2026.

Get 20% off a D23 Gold plan upgrade — August 31st

Finally, Disney+ subscribers have until August 31st to receive 20% off a D23 Gold plan membership upgrade. Individuals have the option to get 20% off the regular price of a D23 Gold Essential, Choice, or Complete Plan Membership. This is valid only for current D23 Disney+ Perks Gold Monthly Members. It cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions and is not transferable.
