We’ve got some pretty shocking news out of Disney Springs that you need to know about, because it very well could affect your upcoming vacation.
Some of our favorite restaurants in all of Walt Disney World Resort are located in Disney Springs. You can find basically any style of food you’re looking for, or snack around at various spots throughout the day. However, it’s just been confirmed that a popular restaurant is closing down PERMANENTLY.
We heard a rumor just minutes ago that Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill, located in the Town Center part of Disney Springs, would be closing permanently in September. We headed over to the restaurant immediately to chat with Cast Members, and while the Cast Member we spoke to couldn’t tell us much information, it was confirmed that the restaurant’s last day will be September 13th.
The Disney World website currently doesn’t allow guests to make reservations past September 13th. Disney has yet to announce why the restaurant is closing or what will take its place.
The restaurant originated in California and is known for its dishes with Mediterranean influences and innovative takes on comfort food classics. It’s laid-back, like many parts of California, and is one of the few restaurants in Disney Springs that offers a true brunch menu. The restaurant is moderately priced, with most meals costing between $15 and $35. Some of our favorite items on the menu are the Bruschetta, the Traditional Fettuccine Alfredo, and the Giant Warm Chocolate Chip Cookie is something to dream about.
If you’re looking to experience this spot before the closure, we recommend booking a reservation sooner rather than later to be on the safe side.

Loved his place. So sad. You don’t say why but I’m guessing Wdw terms couldn’t be agreed upon. Way too many fave places closing!
We only ate here once or twice but I recall the food was good. The venue was spacious, unlike a lot of places in Disney, and the service was pretty good without making you feel rushed. It’s too bad!
I remember before Wolfgang Puck’s, it used to be Minnie Mia’s. Super cute and the food was really tasty.
Loved the Wolfgang puck express way back in the day, the 5 cheeses Mac and tomato basil salad and pizzas 🍕 but wasn’t a big fan of the restaurant.
Hope something else moves in quickly
My family enjoyed many good meals at Wolfgang, especially the original, large space. So much fun! Food costs are expensive, hard to make a profit at a restaurant.
We are sorry to see Wolfgang’s go. It was one of the better places to eat in Disney Springs.
Nooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!! Love Wolfgang. This is (was) my go-to spot. No reservations ever needed, just go to the bar and eat gourmet food at moderate pricing. I need a new Disney Springs favorite now.
This was actually the first restaurant we brought both our kids to when we brought them each to Disney. They were always so nice to the kids and very accommodating if the kids decided they didn’t like something.
