Radiator Springs invites you to dine at Flo’s V-8 Cafe! This restaurant is the main eatery in Cars Land in Disney California Adventure. Flo’s menu is inspired by all the mom ‘n pop diners along Route 66. Expect comfort food (including diner classics like a Blue Plate Special) and shakes served up to go along with your meal.

Flo’s resembles a giant air filter at this roadside stop in Carburetor County. Race fans will love Flo’s dining room which is fashioned after a showroom and also serves as a museum of artifacts from the legendary race car driver, Doc Hudson.
