Hollywood Boulevard is the first section of the park that you’ll encounter as you pass through the entrance. This thoroughfare of gift shops and eateries also features a headline attraction, and the excitement grows as you approach the Chinese Theater, which happens to be an exact replica of the Grauman Chinese Theatre in Los Angeles, California. It’s fitting that the park themed after the glitz and glam of Hollywood has a noteworthy theater at the center.
In front of the theatre, you’ll find signatures, handprints, and footprints in the pavement from well-known stars. Inside, Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway delights guests with a unique adventure showcasing beloved Disney characters.

Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway
Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway — which is the first ride-through attraction starring Mickey Mouse himself — features an original storyline and an original song. Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway utilizes what Disney calls 2½D (as opposed to 2D or 3D) technology, bringing the ride’s two-dimensional cartoons to life in a trackless dark ride.

Engineer Goofy brings YOU into the Mickey Short, “Perfect Picnic,” by way of the train car ride vehicles until something goes… amuck!

Tha attached Hollywood Brown Derby Lounge gives guests the chance to enjoy the fine food featured at the signature restaurant (including the “Famous Cobb Salad”) along with cocktails or any selections from the full bar — all without an Advanced Dining Reservation.

The Trolley Car Cafe
The Trolley Car Cafe is home to Starbucks in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, featuring the same full specialty drink menu of your local Starbucks as well as pastries and snacks you’re familiar with from your Starbucks back home… plus several that are unique to Disney, and even to Hollywood Studios!

If you’re looking for the famous Carrot Cake Whoopie Pie — also known as The Carrot Cake Cookie — a signature snack for Hollywood Studios, you’ll find it here at The Trolley Car Café!

Ice cold refreshment awaits you in the entrance area of Disney’s Hollywood Studios at the Ice Cold Stand!
