The nighttime spectacular in Walt Disney World’s EPCOT is Luminous The Symphony of Us. This production — featuring fireworks, fountains, lasers, lighting effects, and unforgettable Disney songs — debuted on December 5th, 2023.

The show was originally created as part of The Walt Disney Company’s 100th Anniversary celebration: Disney 100 Years of Wonder. 

Luminous — The Production

Disney shares that viewers can “Delight in a dramatic show designed to bring us all together. Marvel at a dazzling pageant of fireworks, fountains, music and lights set to an original composition. New music, along with evocative selections from the Disney songbook, come together to remind us that we are more alike than we are different.”

Show elements are presented in the center of World Showcase Lagoon.

Fountains, lasers, and other lighting effects, and fireworks bring the show to life!

These colorful and vibrant elements are accompanied, of course, by a score of classic Disney songs.

Luminous — The Music

Heartbeat Symphony

Luminous features a series of movements, and throughout, viewers hear two original songs, as well as new arrangements of classic Disney songs. The show begins with voices from around the World Showcase welcoming you to the gathering, followed by the original song, “Heartbeat Symphony.” You can listen to the song in the video below!

Beating of Our Hearts

The show concludes with another original number for the finale — “Beating of Our Hearts.” Disney worked with Pinar Toprak to make the score, which features the vocal talents of artists Sheléa and Katharine McPhee.

The music — a true highlight of the show — includes versions sung in multiple languages.

Luminous Showtimes

Luminous is typically shown at 9PM nightly. During EPCOT’s Festival of the Holidays, which traditionally starts the day after Thanksgiving and runs through December 30th, it is typically presented at 9:30PM nightly.

Be sure to check the My Disney Experience app or posted schedule boards in the park to confirm the showtime during your visit.

Luminous Viewing Opportunities

Luminous Dining Packages

Three options for Dining Packages offer a meal at a participating restaurant in EPCOT with great viewing for a showing of the Luminous The Symphony of Us nighttime spectacular! Guests may choose from the Rose & Crown Fireworks Dining Package, the Spice Road Table Fireworks Dining Package, and the Shiki-Sai Fireworks Dining Package (for which bookings open on August 27th, 2026).

The Rose & Crown Fireworks Dining Package offers a prix fixe meal, including an appetizer, an entrée, a dessert platter, and unlimited beverages. (Rose & Crown serves classic British dishes like Fish and Chips, Bangers and Mash, and Sticky Toffee Pudding.) Guests will be seated on the outdoor patio in the United Kingdom Pavilion from which to enjoy Luminous.

The Spice Road Table Dining Package includes the guest’s choice of two small plates, a shared tagine, and a dessert platter for the table, and unlimited beverages. (Spice Road Table serves Mediterranean small plates, such as Hummus Fries, Spiced Chicken, and Grilled Lamb Kefta.) Guests will be seated on the covered outdoor dining room in the Morocco Pavilion from which to enjoy Luminous.

The Shiki-Sai Dining Package in the Japan Pavilion (for which bookings open on August 27th, 2026) includes an appetizer, traditional sashimi, a selection of sushi, and “an exclusive dessert and beverages available only with this package.”

GEO-82 Fireworks Experience

A Spaceship Earth LOUNGE officially opened in EPCOT’s World Celebration on June 4th, 2025: GEO-82!

In addition to being open exclusively for adult guests in Disney World for lounge drinks and bites throughout the day, it also offers the GEO-82 Fireworks Experience with great viewing of EPCOT’s Luminous The Symphony of Us nighttime spectacular! The music for the production is piped into the lounge.

The experience also includes:

• A sommelier-selected champagne (or event-exclusive cocktails, if preferred)
• A “tasting tower” of savory bites before the fireworks
• an assortment of sweets during the fireworks

This experience is exclusive to guests 21-and-older.

Air Canada Loyalty Members

Air Canada’s loyalty program has a new perk where you can get a private VIP viewing of Luminous The Symphony of Us!

To get the perk, redeem 1,000 Aeroplan points at least 15 business days before your selected date. You’ll receive an email with a VIP access code to present at check-in at EPCOT. The private viewing area is in the China Pavilion. Air Canada recommends arriving at the China Overlook 10 to 15 minutes before Luminous begins. You’ll need to show a valid photo ID and your VIP access code to enter the viewing area.

The VIP experience is offered every Saturday from May 2026 through January 2027.
