The family-run business (cousins Kim and Tyler Malek are the creators of Salt & Straw) is known for unique flavors of handmade, small batch ice cream utilizing local, organic, and sustainable ingredients.
We’ve learned to expect the unexpected from the Salt & Straw location in Disneyland Resort’s Downtown Disney, with flavors like Turkey, Spiked Eggnog, and more! The Disney Springs location includes favorites like Honey Lavender and Chocolate Gooey Brownie, along with unique flavors specific to Florida including The Salty Donut Guava & Cheese and Panther Coffee Chocolate Tres Leches.
