Dear My Disney Experience (aka the Disney World app), thank you for keeping track of Lightning Lanes, dining reservations, and hotel stays. We also love that we can choose our own profile characters that match our personality, and we spend far too much time searching for wait times. But we are starting to wonder what’s happening to these two features that have simply been abandoned.
