I’ve been going to Disney World for decades, and that also means I have been spending money on souvenirs for decades. I’m sharing my favorite tips to hack your vacation when it comes to souvenirs.

We’ll just window shop…maybe…
Souvenir shopping at Disney World can sneak up on you. You go in with a plan, a set budget, and every intention of sticking to it, and then something catches your eye. Before you know it, that “just one thing” rule feels long forgotten. If you’re ready to shop smarter without feeling deprived, we’ve put together practical tips that make it easier to stay within your budget while still bringing home something special.
We have to say, we have the best readers on the planet. It’s because of all of YOU that learn about changes in the parks that others might have skipped over. Drew Hagen contacted us with a change in Disney World’s souvenir shipping policy, and after a visit to Disney Springs for ourselves, we can confirm there’s a huge price jump.
If you didn’t know, Disney has shipping locations available where you can send home souvenirs you’ve purchased in the parks to save some space in your luggage, including some of the weird-shaped items like lightsabers and droids. Previously, the prices ranged from $20 to $40, depending on the value of your merchandise, but get ready to pay a bit more for it!
Our handy (and portable!) ebook guides make sure you get the best deals and can plan a vacation of a lifetime.
