It’s become pretty clear that the future of Marvel seems to lie with more movies than TV shows, despite the fact that many Marvel TV shows have been successful with both audiences and critics alike. Sure, they all haven’t been as good as WandaVision, Moon Knight, Agatha All Along, or Loki, but without Marvel’s interest in doing TV shows, we wouldn’t have those incredible series.

Earlier this year, Wonder Man premiered on Disney+ and quickly became one of the most discussed Marvel TV shows during its season 1 run. The first season garnered critical and audience praise and gained a 91% score on Rotten Tomatoes. Disney eventually announced a second season for the series. Well, Disney has changed its mind, and according to Variety, season 2 of Wonder Man is no longer on the table.
