Huh, wonder why they shifted the dates. Calendar is marked, hotel is already booked (gotta get my request in early for BWV!), flights – well, that’s up to Southwest! Thanks for the info, AJ!
Ro — here’s hoping those dates stick! I might be able to make my dream come true and book a trip where I can experience both the Food & Wine Festival AND the beginning of the Christmas season at WDW.
You’re taunting me! (Thanks, AJ) 😉
AJ, I managed to do that once a few years ago, and it’s gorgeous. A feast for the eyes and the stomach! : ) I think we went the very last week of the Festival – about the time frame the 2010 one has – and the decorations were already going up. My fingers are crossed for you.
Ha! Sorry about that, Jerry!
Ro — Thanks for the crossed fingers. Wouldn’t that be great?
2010 will be my first event & I can’t wait! I’ve heard so many wonderful things & I’m anxious to try them all!

Rori, you’re going to LOVE it!!!
I’ve booked my trip for the end of October. I can’t wait to read the details of the 2010 food and wine Festival
You and me, both, Grace!
Booked for early October…getting the Free Disney Dining and the food and wine festival. First time attending the festival…very exicted!!
I was just looking at the WDW site and read about the free dining offer. I was excited, had the money, so I booked my trip-flight, resort, tickets AND meal plan in February. It’s all paid for. The free dining plan wasn’t an option. There are just two of going. Anyone have any suggestions on how to go about inquiring about “deals” for the over-anxious?
Still waiting to see the 2010 Food and Wine details. I saw the music line up. Still waiting to see menue and seminar details.
Grace — Here’s the latest info about the Food and Wine Festival: http://www.disneyfoodblog.com/about/2010-epcot-international-food-wine-festival/
Menus haven’t been announced yet, but there ARE some new details out.
Also, check mousesavers.com for the latest deals — that’s where I always go 🙂
AJ – thanks you so much for the info. Back in February, I downloaded the 2009 Festival Guide.
It will be a great tool to have when it comes to planning the days at WDW. I’ll keep searching and posting my questions.
Cheers!
My pleasure, Grace! Feel free to email me if you have questions as well. I’m hoping Disney will release the full 2010 itinerary sometime in June/July.
I’ve made dinner reservations at 3 WDW parks. Just waiting for the 2010 IF&WF
info to be posted. Any idea of when that might be. I’m just a little excited…..
