I’m overwhelmed by the awesomeness of this announcement.
I love AK, but I know it isn’t everyone’s favorite. This is probably an attempt to draw more people into the park in the evening… or make them stay after the parade. Now, I think this could be the first of many shots in the arm that could make the park truly special. While their Picnic-in-the-Park is now somewhat underwhelming, this seems like quite a treat! Let’s hope this is the first of many special programs offered by Disney…
But only through July…? Come on!

I hear you, Nate! I hope they extend it into the Fall…or later!! I love AK, too, especially at night. I’m really looking forward to experiencing this. Fingers crossed they extend it!

Yay! We are headed there on the 10th, and AK is my #2 park. Glad to have the opportunity to do something new!
