Hi, all! My biggest and favorite news of the week is the launch of The DFB Guide to Walt Disney World Dining! A hearty THANK YOU to those who have purchased a copy; it’s been such an honor to hear positive comments and feedback this week. I’m truly grateful.

Is there a menu for that new Wave buffet? I am staying at BLT the day before my cruise and I was thinking about doing chef Mickey the morning of the cruise, but my b/f isn’t a fan of character meals lol
I’m dining there tomorrow! Will get the menu!
Kristina, when we ate at The Wave buffet in December, they told us it changed from day-to-day, so there wouldn’t always be the same items on it. Hopefully AJ can get the lowdown.
And, AJ, try the sweet potato pancakes. They are awesome!!
Really hoping the breakfast buffet at The Wave stays long enough for me to experience it during my trip next year…I love American style breakfasts and the more buffets I can get to the btter…my all time favourite food when I’m visiting the US!
