Calling all Disney food and fireworks fans! Due to popular demand, we’ve scheduled a Springtime date — April 8th — for our next DFB Illuminations Dessert Party “Snack Attack!” Tickets will go on sale January 10th, 2013, at 12pm ET.
This event has sold out in less than two hours for two years in a row — so we wanted to give you plenty of notice about when the Spring event’s tickets would be available!
What’s Snack Attack?
The Disney Food Blog Snack Attack is an exclusive Epcot Illuminations Dessert Party! The evening features an all-you-care-to-eat menu full of our favorite Walt Disney World snacks — all in one place AND an incredible, private view of IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth in Epcot!
Plan to see some awesome Disney eats! The dessert buffet includes some classic Disney Food Blog favorites like…
Starring Rolls’ Butterfinger Cupcakes
Classic Disney Popcorn
Animal Kingdom Lodge Zebra Domes
Mickey Ice Cream Bars
Norway’s School Bread
Writer’s Stop’s Carrot Cake Cookies
Boardwalk Bakery’s Cheesecake Brownies
Starring Rolls’ Red Velvet Cheesecake Cupcakes
And MORE!
While Snack Attack ticket-holders will certainly appreciate the one-of-a-kind menu, you’ll also be able to relax and enjoy an awe-inspiring view of IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth, Epcot’s outstanding fireworks spectacular!
How to Buy Tickets
On January 10th at 12pm ET, we’ll publish a post here on Disney Food Blog with a link to purchase tickets. Based on the menu, tickets will be $60 per person for everyone ages 3 and up. Kids under 3 are free and are very welcome!
Here are a few extra details about the event:
8:00pm-9:30pm on April 8th, 2013.
Families are welcome! Each member of your party will need to have their name on our list for entry, regardless of age.

The last Snack Attack was SO much fun! And I swear to you, the versions of these desserts at the party tasted even better than their in-park counterparts!
Carrie — Thanks for the positive review!! I think Snack Attacks are a blast, and the freshness of the treats DOES make them taste better!
I might be there that weekend, but I don’t know if I will for another month. So if you see a Man wearing a monorail shirt staring longingly at you don’t be alarmed.
Oh how I wish I could make it to this!!! Any chance of a similar awesome event at Disneyland this year?? *hint hint* If there’s one thing that makes me wish I were back on the east coast, it is Walt Disney World! 🙂
I really hope you plan another event like this for the fall! I am planning a trip down for F&W Fest and this would be the perfect way to celebrate with other Disney food fanatics like myself!
Awesome. We were just looking to add a long weekend trip this spring!
Sounds yummy! Us locals are hoping to join you! But a true Disney snack-fest would not be complete without some krispy treat Mickey heads-on-a-stick dipped in chocolate and smothered with sprinkles!! 🙂
OOOhhh! I think we are going to plan a short trip just to attend this if we can get tickets on thursday!! We’ve always wanted to come! :o)
GG — Ha ha! We’ll keep an eye out for you!!
Amanda — I know Heather would love to do an event in Disneyland!! We’re planning on it, my friend!
Josh — We will likely do another Snack Attack this Fall! Stay tuned 🙂
Mike — Woo!!! That’s awesome. Would love to see you there!!
Susan — Ha ha; we did have the krispy treats at our first event, but the cost has been prohibitive since. Maybe we’ll have a surprise this time!
Dawn — Awesome!!! I hope to see you there!
This sounds like a lot of delicious fun! My fiancé and I will be there on our honeymoon that week. I think we’ll definitely try to get tickets for this!
So, is this event sold out? For once, I’ll be there on the right date and would love to buy a ticket. I don’t see a link, though. Help?????
