Ah, Min and Bill’s Dockside Diner — this is why I lurve you. So much.
Min & Bill’s has introduced yet another killer seasonal milkshake that you and I MUST have.
If you’re scratching your head and saying, “Min and Bill’s? What? Where?” — you aren’t alone. It’s not that it’s hidden or anything; you just probably don’t expect much from this boat-as-a-food-destination.
But this often-overlooked spot can be a treasure trove of unique eats and drinks. I’ve been a fan of their Frankfurter in a Pretzel Roll (especially the Pretzel Roll part of the equation) forever.
You probably remember that the last time I was here, I tried the Artisan Mac and Cheese options. The Barbecued Pulled Pork version was a total hit; the Buffalo Chicken Macaroni & Cheese, notsomuch.
But the seasonal shake that I tried that day, the Caramel Apple Milkshake, was fantastic. And now, there’s yet another crave-worthy option here.
Check out that awesomeness that is the Cinnamon Sweet Churro Milkshake. And just in time too — ’cause I hear that the mercury’s heading up to 90 already in Florida. 🙂
With my own trip to the ‘World planned in the not-too-distant future, I’ve already started dreaming about it!
Super big thanks to DFB reader Chris Banaszek for sharing his pic of the milkshake with us via Twitter! He also had this to say about it:
Whoever came up with the Cinnamon Sweet Churro milkshake at Min and Bill’s deserves a raise. It was delicious! The cinnamon flavor was subtle but still definitely present. The churro was of the mini variety.
I think my favorite thing about this one is the whole two-treats-in-one concept. You have the Milkshake, of course. But then you also have a little Churro on the side to dip and swirl into that Whipped Cream. Yummo.
You better believe that I’ll be trying this one out for myself in the very, very near future!
Now I wanna hear from you guys! What do you have to say about the Cinnamon Sweet Churro Milkshake at Min and Bill’s? Leave a comment and let us know if it has you dreaming about your next Disney World trip!

Hmmmmmmmmm… you’re talking up that hot-dog-in-a-pretzel-roll, and I DO love a good pretzel roll, but is it worth using Food & Wine Festival stomach space for it?

And by opening Min and Bill’s Hollywood Studios just doubled the amount of available attractions.

Hey, AJ,
Love your blog. Been meaning to ask you…….did you happen to be at The Tambu Lounge at The Poly the end of January, having one of those drinks in a pineapple? My sister and I were there and were chatting with that person, and later wondered if that was you.
Cheers.
Debbie

Hi Debbie! Nope — not me 🙁 I hope you had fun!

I just had one yesterday!!! Correction, I had half of one because my daughter kept stealing it!!! So delicious and not too “heavy” for a hot Florida day!!

Oh MY! But that does sound good.
And you’re right, I always see Min and Bill’s but never stop there – we rarely eat at Studio’s except perhaps for a snack from the Writer’s Stop these days and rather pop out to Boardwalk for lunch or dinner.
Shame that it’s seasonal as it’ll be long gone before I get back there again, boo!
