Tucked away towards the back of Epcot’s France Pavilion is one of our favorite spots for French pastries, sandwiches and specialty items.
And on our last visit to Les Halles Boulangerie Patisserie in Epcot’s France Pavilion we noticed a menu item that seems like a combination of two of our favorite things: delicious croissants and breakfast!
Under the Specialties Section of the menu is the Croissant Salé!
The bread portion of this sandwich is a full and large croissant, which as always is buttery and flakey.
We asked to have ours toasted, but the sandwich can be served cold if preferred.
The croissant is sliced in half and inside is Swiss cheese, egg and three slices of bacon.
I’m not a huge fan of these egg patties in general, but this was actually just fine…especially with the added goodies on top.
And this yummy item is available all day, so you breakfast for dinner folks are all set! And remember, Les Halles is one of only two counter service spots open for breakfast in the World Showcase at 9AM.
Another delicious item to enjoy in the beautiful France Pavilion!

I guess this will have to substitute for my favorite breakfast panini at Sunshine Seasons now that it is going away. 🙁 I like the scrambled eggs better than those egg souffles.

I like the croissant and cheese and bacon however, that egg “patty” looks absolutely disgusting!
You stated 2 places open in WS before 11. Please correct me – I thought the Mexico Quick Service and Kringla in Norway were both open in the morning due to the Frozen ride. Did I misunderstand? TIA

Kind of looks like a kitchen sponge on a croissant. Had sandwiches here a few times and was disappointed. Had sandwiches in Paris many times and can’t remember ever being disappointed.

I liked the breakfast at Sunshine Seasons. Will breakfast ever come to the Electric Umbrella? I agree that scrambled eggs are better that an egg patty (I’m not an adventurous eater). It actually looks like a yellow sponge in a croissant.

My daughter and I love the brioche you get at the bakery…no ice cream needed! We got into the park early one morning, ordered the brioche and had a leisurely, tasty stroll around the World Showcase…one of my best memories!
