Looking to try something a little different — and a lot exciting — at The Edison in Walt Disney World’s Disney Springs this month? Head into this steampunk-inspired restaurant (with its three bars!), and get ready to enjoy the Burger of the Month!
The Edison began its new tradition of highlighting a burger each month back in April, and this month, it’s all about the Impossible Burger — kicked up a notch! For the month of June, diners can order the Electric Garden Burger, a vegan burger that’s loaded with flavor!
The Electric Garden Burger starts with an Impossible Burger patty — a vegan patty that’s crafted to provide the flavor and texture of a real beef patty. The Electric Garden Burger is then topped with tempura-fried avocados (yum!), mushrooms, local sweet and spicy pickles, and a harissa cocktail sauce. There’s also lettuce and tomato on there.
The Edison serves up the Impossible Burger all the time, topped with classic burger accompaniments like lettuce, tomato, pickle, and onions, so if you can’t get in to The Edison during the month of June, you can still enjoy the protein-packed burger on your next visit.
We suspect we’ll see the Impossible Burger on other menus around the World in the future, as we did at Restaurantosaurus for Animal Kingdom’s Party for the Planet celebration!
The Edison is a restaurant with a lot going on — including some energetic nightlife! We love that they’ve added the Burger of the Month to their repertoire — and we’re even more excited to see they’re highlighting a vegan burger this month! We can’t wait to see what they come up with next!

I have a lot of food allergies and was excited to hear about the new food choices for vegans (I have animal protein allergy as well as avocado and all nuts) So the last time I was at the Edison I ordered vegan burger without the burger ( I have a coconut allergy and the burger has coconut oil in it). When our food arrived, my plate had a wrap on it filled with lots of veggies. I don’t care for wraps so I asked the server to ask the chef why I wasn’t able to have the bun with veggies like I had ordered. The chef came out and said the bun had egg in it…which doesn’t make the burger vegan. Do you know if they’ve changed the bun to this? We have reservations at the Edison again in April…

Stacey, you’d want to call The Edison to confirm this. One hopes they sorted it out…
