The fun hasn’t stopped on Pixar Pier! Disney California Adventure’s newest Land in Disneyland Resort celebrates the fun and friendship represented by the films of Pixar.
We’ve had a blast covering every inch of Pixar Pier, and we’ve already brought you our full review of Lamplight Lounge.
But today we’re starting our stop-by-stop tour of the new snack kiosks on Pixar Pier. Though we showed you all of them while we were Live at Pixar Pier, we’ll start our one-by-one kiosk close-up at Jack-Jack Cookie Num Nums!
Pixar Pier is divided up into four neighborhoods dedicated to various Pixar films and characters. And our first stop is in Incredibles Park, right in the shadow of the Incredicoaster…
That’s where you’ll find Jack-Jack Cookie Num Nums, which ties directly into the story behind the Incredicoaster. The Incredibles are being honored by their hometown, Municiberg, with the coaster. But there’s a small problem. Jack-Jack, along with Edna Mode, isn’t tall enough to ride. So he and Edna are sent to the VIP Lounge to wait things out… until Jack-Jack escapes.
So it’s time to chase Jack-Jack (by way of the coaster) and tempt him with COOKIES to get him back!
Yes. COOKIES!!!
Along with plenty to wash it down!
The signature item is the Jack-Jack Cookie Num Num.
This huge, rich, super think, chunky chocolate chip cookie is served WARM and gooey.
And that makes all the difference… from the fragrance of the cookies when you’re near the Incredicoaster to the ooey, gooey, melty chocolate chips tucked generously throughout the brown butter cookie.
That extra step of warming the cookies makes this the most epic version of the comforting cookie classic that you can find.
You know, “scrumptious” is a word I rarely use. But it fits, in this case. These are indeed scrumptious, and you can’t miss having a Jack-Jack Cookie Num Num on your trip to Pixar Pier!
The IncrediCookie provides a gluten-friendly option.
Complete with a dollop of blackberry jam, this well-thought-out option gives gluten-free guests a chance to not miss out on any of the num-num-fun!
The best part — IT WAS DELICIOUS. Honestly rivaled the num-num for my favorite cookie option here.
Finally, the Jack-Jack Shortbread Cookie rounds out the choices, topped with orange icing and a mini Jack-Jack :).
This one was pretty meh. It had a lemony flavor to it and was fine. But compared to the other two cookies it was sorely lacking.
Of course, you can’t possibly enjoy a nice, warm cookie without the experience being accompanied by a craving for some MILK! You can certainly grab some standard, plain milk, but Nesquik Chocolate and Strawberry are also available, along with Soy Milk (Pearl Organic) plus an option I think a lot of people will be happy to see: Vanilla Almond Milk by Silk.
So, feel free to mix things up a little!
No matter which drink you pair with your cookie, Jack-Jack Cookie Num Nums is already staking its claim as a must-stop on Pixar Pier!
There is SO much more fun to be had on Pixar Pier! See it ALL here!!
Remember… you’ll find Jack Jack’s right near the Incredicoaster. So before we go, why don’t you join us on a ride 🙂 ?
