The 9th annual Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food and Wine Classic takes place Friday, October 26, and Saturday, October 27, 2018.
This popular two-night event coincides with the 2018 Epcot Food and Wine Festival and includes The Causeway, Seminars, and three special food locations — and today we have details on the entertainment and seminars for the event!
For the first time ever, the live entertainment at the Food and Wine Classic will expand beyond the main stage and into several of its themed areas.
Manureva, a family group, will perform authentic songs and melodies from Polynesia in the new luau-themed area, The Pig & The Poke.
Vintage Vibe, a group of “renegade musicians” who cover songs from the 1920s and ‘30s, will be in the Bubble Lounge; and singer-guitarist-songwriter Harry “Captain Henry” Hann will play his blend of rock, soul, jazz, and reggae (what he calls Floribbean) in the Beer Garden.
And, over at the Dolphin clamshell main stage for both nights of the Food and Wine Classic, guests can enjoy Epic who will be performing today’s best dance, pop, and party music; 501 Blues; and Atlantic City Boys who’ll be playing harmonies of the Beach Boys, Drifters, the BeeGees, and Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons.
The Food and Wine Classic is also offering 10 seminars this year!
Swan and Dolphin Food and Wine Classic Seminars
The Food and Wine Classic Seminars offer an immersive educational opportunity as participants delve deeper into the crafting of beverages, food and beverage pairing, and cooking demos.
The Pairing Seminars for this year are Fine Art of Sushi and Sake, The Cheese Course, and Pasta Making. And, the Beverage Seminars are Wine Blending, Base to Bubbles (Champagne), Beer Please, Craft Cocktails, Italian Wines, Riesling So Sweet & So Dry, and The Grand Tasting presented by Master Sommelier Matthew Citriglia.
Seminars take place on Friday and Saturday during the Food and Wine Classic. Beverage Seminars are $50 per person while Pairing Seminars are $85 per person. The Grand Tasting is sold out for this year.

Tickets for one night of the Causeway only are $127 per person. One night of the Causeway plus Beer Garden is $155 per person.
A La Carte ticket booklets containing 25 tickets will be available for purchase at the event for $50. These tickets are perfect for those with a lighter appetite or for underage guests. Offerings range from two to six tickets per item.
