Well done review. Your experience matches my most recent couple of trips. Some dishes ordered have been excellent, others have been….just okay. It is really unfortunate as historically CG had been nothing short of consistently superb. While I certainly wouldn’t begrudge him his promotion, Chef Piasecki is sorely missed in the kitchen.
