Is she going to be part of the show? I always thought it was odd that the bird from Up was not in the Up bird show.

We , Alice and Bob, live near South Bend Indiana and have stayed or camped at WDW 42 times. I guess that somewhat qualifies us, life yourself, as Disneyphiles. It is a shame what has been done to many of the older attractions in all the Parks. While we still go the WDW ( like Last March and the past Thanksgiving, and in the future May and September). We kind of spend time reminiscing how the Attractions that have been removed taught or told a story as well as presenting an exciting experience. This past Thanksgiving we were looking forward to the new Bird Show at Animal Kingdom. What an awful disappointment. We had always enjoyed how the birds were presented and while the Bird Frighten Tour Guide was silly, it did make for a plot that fit. At Thanksgiving this year we had to struggle to understand the Indian Woman’s heavily accented presentation. Russell and Dug’s presence only added an encouragement to buy the UP video again. This has happened so many times now that we enjoy our old videos as much as actually being there.
