The DFB team has been so excited about the Mickey Bars in local grocery stores ever since word dropped that we’d all get to have the Disney Parks’ iconic frozen treat at home!!! We finally found them in a Publix in Tampa, Florida, and of course, we had to review the Mickey Bars for you right away.

That UPC (universal purchase code) should help you put in a request at whichever chain you shop in, so make some calls to get your happy little hands on some Mickey Bars!

I haven’t found them at Kroger in Virginia Beach yet. It may just be the location I go to regularly.
Kristin, I believe each store will have discretion to order certain products, so if you request that they order them (show them the UPC), maybe they’ll make an effort! Also, for what it’s worth, when I checked online for the bars at my local Kroger(s), the website gave me info about the bars’ availability in other local chains instead. I clicked “Select a store” and entered my zip code here! Good luck!

Joyce, these are just the chains we’ve heard about from readers. You can request that your local stores carry them, though! Share the UPC with them (we included that in the post!).
Carol, we haven’t heard from any readers in MN, but you can check with your local stores and/or request that they carry them!
Any luck finding these in the South Jersey area yet? Or Northeastern PA?
I emailed Harris Teeter here in Maryland and they said late March they’ll have them though it has not been finalized yet.
And Weis here also stated that they would arrive in March. So I would encourage everyone to email their local stores with the UPC code because that’s how I got these answers.
I agree though I wish the Northeast wasn’t taking so long lol.
I called the Publix in Richmond, VA (address: 4591 S Laburnum Ave, Richmond, VA 23231) and they said they were out of stock but ordering more on Feb. 2nd.
The Publix in Midlothian, VA (address: 13700 Hull Street Rd, Midlothian, VA 23112) the woman I called there said someone had placed an order for them and that they have been very popular as of late. They didn’t have any in stock, but she did say the may get more next week depends on when the shipment comes in.
Lastly the Publix in Henrico, VA (address: 3460 Pump Rd, Henrico, VA 23233) listed them as carrying them online, but when I called the store the manager said they didn’t have them in stock. He did know what I was talking about but didn’t give me any further stocking information like the other stores.

You can put in your store location and see if they are carrying them. Even if it says they are in stock call first because that’s what I did with these stores.

Weis & Wegmans & Target will be my stores to call. Come on Weis your closest store is less than a mile from where I work! I can get a box once a week

Kroger in Charlottesville, VA is carrying them! Bought a box the other day and the family was excited. Only 10 days until we are in the parks to buy the real deal.
I work for Publix in greater Orlando area.
We carry them but the problem is the supplier.
Nestle disturbs them but availability is spotty at best.
I’ve got them once of the last 4 times I’ve ordered them.
Now, Nestle says their out of stock in the warehouse.
It’s not us that’s the problem.

Found 6 boxes today (2/4/19) at Target in Brick, New Jersey! I only bought one because I wasn’t going home. My husband went on a hunt for more stores as well, but no luck in the Jersey Shore are
We found them at Target in Watsonville, CA. Not a lot in stock. We bought 4 boxes. The bars are small, but delicious.

Just found them at ShopRite in Phillipsburg, NJ. They were in an end cap freezer.
Market Basket Biddeford, ME had them Friday night, 2/8/2019. Market Basket is a chain store out of MA.
I finally found them today at the Fred Meyer in Ballard in Seattle!
I found some in Spring, TX but they weren’t out in the store. I ordered them from Kroger online pickup. I got there early and needed something else inside, so I checked the freezer case, and they didn’t have them stocked so I thought for sure they would call and tell me my pickup order couldn’t be fulfilled, but when I went to pick up my order, the bars were in there. So, maybe try online order for pickup, since it seems like some places may not be stocking them in the actual freezer section but might still have them.
Also, I don’t think they taste very much like the version currently in the parks, but they taste exactly like the ones I used to get at the store when I was a kid in the 90’s, so I am very pleased with them.

I found them at Target in Reno, Nv. I checked Wednesday morning and they weren’t there, then again on Thursday afternoon and there were only 2 boxes. Either they don’t stock a lot or they sell out really fast.

I called our local Publix. They have had the ice cream bars on order for over a month now. They said that the vendor is having a hard time keeping up with supply. Therefore they are still waiting for their shipment to be able to be fulfilled. They said that the vendor was scheduled to deliver today, but again they were still on back order 🙁 I am located on the South Carolina/North Carolina border.
In Northern CA, I found them at select Targets and Lucky’s.
Anyone have any luck in the Baltimore Area?
They are being sold in Safeway’s in the San Francisco Bay Area. Found ours specifically in Redwood City at Sequoia Station.
I purchased them last week at Price Chopper in Kansas City, MO.
