fans, we’re sad to announce that Beaches and Cream has officially closed for its three-month refurbishment — which you can read more about here!
We stopped by today to make sure the location had officially closed, and it sadly has. This means we’ll have to wait three whole months to enjoy Beaches and Cream’s iconic Kitchen Sink and No Way Jose.
We did notice that one of the entrances to the arcade is closed. This area also had a refurbishment sign, so hopefully, this means that Beaches and Cream may be expanding into the area. A (potentially) bigger Beaches and Cream?! YES, PLEASE!!
We also searched for the satellite Beaches and Cream location, which will likely only sell ice cream, and were told that it would open on August 28th. So, we will be sure to check it out and report back on what your Beaches and Cream options will be for the next few months.
Beaches and Cream is anticipated to reopen on January 19th, 2020. We will be keeping you updated so you know when to make those ADRs. So, be on the lookout!

What is your favorite thing to get when visiting Beaches and Cream? Let us know in the comments below!Â
I’m staying at Beach Club in September and was looking forward to having one of their milkshakes. Ah well, more money to spend on other stuff!
Is there anywhere else in WDW to get a crazy shake?
GG, we see loaded/crazy shakes at Fountain at the Dolphin, Plaza Restaurant in Magic Kingdom, and at Planet Hollywood Observatory in Disney Springs. You’ll want to check the menus to be sure they’re still available before you go. 🙂
I worry that when this reopens its going to be bland and generic in theme and design like they have been implementing all over the property lately, some of the best spots are being ruined with sterile theme and little detail, its starting to not feel like Disney much anymore. but lets hope they do this right, because over at the yacht club those changes are epic fail when it comes to dining design. no disney magic whatsoever.
