If you were worried that Epcot’s new transformation might phase out ALL of the learning opportunities of the park’s original mission, perhaps Moana can calm your fears because D23 gave us a few more details about Journey of Water — including something that sounds a little educational.
Journey of Water is described as a “lush exploration trail” that allows explorers to “play with magical, living water.”
Expect some fun effects that remind guests of Moana‘s animated ocean!
In addition to the trail and living water experiences, Disney announced guests will “learn about the importance of the natural water cycle.” This sounds like it’s right on theme with the new neighborhood in which guests will find Journey of Water: World Nature. World Nature will also include the Land Pavilion — where a new film, Awesome Planet, will open in January of 2020 — and the Seas.
We still await details on where, exactly, Journey of Water will be developed and how that water will come to life. But as details continue to emerge, we’ll keep you posted!

Looks great. Is there any way I can get the 250 page booklet about the food and wine festival and the updates about epcot in hard copy instead of pdf files?
DFB Sarah says
Larry, unfortunately it’s only electronic. You’d have to print it to have a hard copy.
