We might be in Disneyland, but we’re traveling all the way to the Underworld for this new Halloween treat!
While we’ve seen some other villain-themed eats popping up around the park, like the Maleficent Churro and the Oogie Boogie Drinks, there’s a new fiery villain ready to add some flaming flavor to your lunch.
The Hades Dog has made its red hot entrance at the Refreshment Corner!
The foot-long all-beef hot dog is topped with harissa aīoli, sauteéd peppers, oven-dried tomatoes, lemon-picked cucumbers, and feta cheese (!!!).
At first look, this hot dog seriously looked AMAZING. Have you seen all those toppings and the size?! But, when we took a bite, the flavor wasn’t really what we were expecting The juices from all the different toppings made their way into the bun and the hot dog, giving the meal a very wet and soggy texture.
While there was a wonderful kick of spice from the sauteéd peppers, they were definitely the item causing the strange texture. The taste of the Hades Dog wasn’t for everybody — if you don’t like Mediterranean food, you’ll probably want to skip this one!
You can grab this hot dog for $11.49 before the Annual Passholder discount. Just don’t let Cerberus catch you!
