Hey, guys, what’s new with you? Oh, us, we’re just taking a walk over to the Disneyland Resort to check out what’s been going on in their neck of the woods.
We’ve got some exciting stuff to share with you today, so let’s just dive on in!
Disneyland Food Update
Mint Julep Bar
If we hear there’s a new beignet somewhere, you can bet we won’t be far behind. We stopped in at the usual suspect of these new drops, the Mint Julep Bar in New Orleans Square, to find the Chocolate-Strawberry Beignets and Strawberry Julep from Sweethearts Nite are now available during regular park hours. The julep itself is $4.99 while you can get the beignets in a three-pack for $5.49 or a six-pack for $8.99.
Disneyland Construction Update
It looks like the construction that was happening right outside the Tomorrowland Theater is over and the walls have come down.
Disneyland Merchandise Update
The Ink & Paint Collection’s new Alex and Ani bracelet can be found on Main Street now for $49.99. Wherever Sorcerer Mickey is, magic is sure to follow!
That’s not all for you Ink & Paint collectors, as the color-changing mug can now be found in Disneyland for $14.99. Just put your hot beverage of choice in the mug and watch the show!
Next, we journeyed to the Hundred Acre Wood to hang out with Winnie the Pooh and the gang in plush form!
The silly old bear has a new lovable form perfect for hugs, along with Piglet, Tigger, and Eeyore.
You can get each of these pals for $29.99.
Disney California Adventure Construction Update
Rushin’ River Outfitters has reopened after its refurbishment and the actual store space has shrunk a bit. The back wall was moved forward to allow for more stock room and a Cast Member break room in the back.
You can once again get a free sample of fresh-baked bread in the park because the Boudin Bakery Tour has now re-opened.
Over in Tinseltown, scaffolding currently covers the Hyperion Theater. We will keep you posted as we learn more information.
Downtown Disney Merchandise Update
The Dress Shop
The Dress Shop now has the wristlet and the crossbody bag from the Dooney and Bourke Fantasia Collection if you’re feeling a little musical today.
The wristlet is $98 and the crossbody bag is $198. We love to see all of the characters in the design, from Sorcerer Mickey to the brooms and the pegasus.
That’s it for this trip to see what’s new at the Disneyland Resort. Come back soon for more updates from the Happiest Place on Earth!
