Happy Valentine’s Day, fellow Disney-lovers!
It’s Friday so let’s take a look at the refurbishment closures we can expect in Disney World and Disneyland next week! Here are allll the closures for the week of February 17th through February 23rd. Check it out!
Refurbishments in Magic Kingdom
Splash Mountain
As has been the norm for a few weeks, we’re starting this post off with the beloved Splash Mountain. There are only a few more weeks to go until this seasonal maintenance is completed. So, get ready to Zip-a-dee-doo-dah again on February 28th.

Walt Disney World Railroad
As we’re sure you expected (that is if you’ve been keeping up with our refurb check-ins!) the Walt Disney World Railroad is still stuck in place as a photo op over at Fantasyland Station. We’re keeping an eye on the construction of TRON Lightcycle Run which is blocking the track currently and our fingers are crossed for the railroad to be running again soon.

Refurbishments in Epcot
Test Track and Test Track SIMporium
Test Track and Test Track SIMporium remains surrounded by construction as they receive some TLC. BUT, the attraction should open back up on February 26th.

Refurbishments in Animal Kingdom
Kali River Rapids
Over in Animal Kingdom, Kali River Rapids is still all shuttered up for the winter months. We should see this ride reopen as Spring rolls in next month. So, you should be coasting down the rapids once again on March 21st.

Refurbishments in Disney World Water Parks
Typhoon Lagoon
And if you’re a water park kind of person, you’ll want to head towards Blizzard Beach. That’s because Typhoon Lagoon is still getting all those fun wintertime updates that keep the park in ship-shape (get it?). We expect this closure to wrap up in mid-March.
Refurbishments in Disneyland
Haunted Mansion
Now, across the country, work blazes on behind many, many scrims in Disneyland. Haunted Mansion, for instance, is receiving some UPDATES (oooooh!) and will reopen with a few potential changes in the springtime.
Check out everything we know about the Haunted Mansion closure!
Snow White’s Scary Adventures
“I’m wishing…I’m wishing…” for Snow White to come back! Another significant set of construction barriers is up over in Fantasyland to hide the work being done on Snow White’s Scary Adventures. Imagineering teams are working to bring a new scene and a new vignette to the attraction, but there’s still no announced reopening date.

King Arthur Carrousel
And just across the way, King Arthur Carrousel has matching construction barriers (twinsies!). It takes a lot of work to keep this ornate and historic attraction in tip-top condition, so we haven’t heard a reopening date for this one either.

Refurbishments in California Adventure
Red Car Trolley
With Grizzly River Run back open, the only refurbishment closure in Disney California Adventure is the Red Car Trolley. Much like Magic Kingdom’s railroad, the route for the trolley is interrupted by exciting new construction. That’s right, it’s Avengers Campus so we’ll hope that the trolley returns to service with the opening of the new land in the summer.

And there you have it! That’s alllllll of the refurbs in Disney World and Disneyland this week!
