While Epcot’s 2020 Flower and Garden Festival officially kicked off yesterday, three of the outdoor kitchens didn’t quite get the memo!

And while The Honey-Beestro and Flordia Fresh were able to open on time today, it appears the other festival food booth is going to be a little late to the party!

If you were looking to enjoy some tasty Caribbean cuisine today, it looks like you might be out of luck! At 11 AM while the rest of the Flower and Garden festival booths were open for business, La Isla Fresca was still shuttered.

We love swingin’ by this island oasis for their Sugar Cane Shrimp Skewer served with Steamed Rice and a tangy Coconut Lime Sauce!

But we’re just telling our tastebuds to hold out a little while longer! We’ll continue to keep on eye on La Isla Fresca and let you know when we see it open!
