On March 14th, Disney Cruise Line decided to halt all departures until April 12th, but today we’ve just seen their timeframe extended.
And while we’ve been keeping you up-to-date with all of Disney’s closure announcements, Disney Cruise Line has now canceled all sailings through April 28th.
This announcement comes on the heels of Disney World and Disneyland’s recent descion to remain closed until further notice. Both parks had tentatively stated April 1st was a potential reopening date, but have now temporarily shut down for an undetermined amount of time.
Now what? See our step-by-step guide for how to cancel your trip here.
Disney Cruise Line is offering guests’ who have been impacted the choice of 125% credit towards a future cruise up to 15 months from their original sail date or the option for a full refund. Due to the high number of calls at the Call Center, the Disney Cruise Line advises that guests wait to contact them until after they have received an email. If a travel agency was used to book, guests should contact their travel agents first.
