There are lots of spots to grab a delicious snack or meal around Disney’s Animal Kingdom. You can get everything from barbecue dishes over at Flame Tree Barbecue to some great drinks at Dawa Bar or Thirsty River Bar.

One place that continues to be a big hit for us in terms of drinks, food, and overall atmosphere is Nomad Lounge.

When we stopped by this spot recently, we spotted quite a few specials available. We’ve seen the Smoked Pork Ribs and Charcuterie here before, but the Marinated Hangar Steak Nomad Bowl was new to us! So you KNOW we had to try it!

We’ve had some awesome bowls from Nomad Lounge in in the past, but they were previously made with chicken, wagyu beef, or tuna. The Marinated Hangar Steak Nomad Bowl comes with Hangar Steak, in addition to the items we’ve seen in previous bowls, namely Steamed Rice, Red Cabbage Kimchi, Ginger-Scallion Oil, and Crimini Mushrooms. Could this dish live up to the delicious flavors of the bowls we’ve had here in the past?

ABSOLUTELY! The flavors in the Hangar Steak Bowl are truly terrific!

The Kimchi Cabbage is wonderfully spicy. Pair it up with a Bloody Mary (which we we also got at Nomad Lounge)…

…and you’ve got a spicy and flavorful meal. For those who love a punch of spiciness in their dishes, this could be a new must-try item for you!

At $16, we do feel like the portion size is a bit small for the price, but there’s no denying it is absolutely delicious.
