We come to you with a tale today — one of love, loss, reunion, loss again, and REUNION AGAIN. If you’ve been around DFB for the past year or so, you know that we have a total love affair with Magic Kingdom’s Kakamora Float at Aloha Isle.
This float debuted for the 2019 Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party and we were SO delighted when it stuck around. It’s disappeared a few times, due to the park closures and once to make room for 2020’s holiday float. But we’re starting 2021 STRONG with the return of the Kakamora Float!
When we woke up this morning, we crossed our fingers that the end of the holiday season meant being reunited with our favorite floaty treat — and then we checked Mobile Order. YES. It’s there! It’s really there!
Of course, we hopped right up and scurried over Magic Kingdom to get a taste of the Kakamora Float again as soon as possible. We’ll tell you, we couldn’t stop thinking about the sweet sweet tastes as we strolled up to Aloha Isle.
This float is made with Coconut Soft-serve piled high on top of Pineapple Juice and Blue Curacao. Of course, it’s garnished with that CUTE Chocolate Kakamora Cake Pop.
If you can’t tell, we’re total fans of this float and we hope it keeps sticking around. There’s just something about that coconut Dole Whip, friends.
If you want to try out the Kakamora Float, you can head to Aloha Isle in Magic Kingdom and snag it for $6.99. As always, keep an eye on DFB for all the latest updates!
